Sandrine’s home-made jams are made with painstaking attention to detail, the secret is in the taste, she selects her fruit from the neighbouring orchards. The sun-ripened fruit is then cooked slowly to avoid the necessity for sterilization and preservatives.
‘Peach with spices’, ‘Peach with orange-blossom flowers’, ‘Peach with pink pepper’, ‘Lemon, Courgette & Mint’, ‘Cherry’, ‘Plum’, ‘Strawberry’, ‘Apricot-Lavender', Apricot-Chocolate, Fig, Fig-Rosemary and Bitter Orange Marmalade are to name just a few of Sandrine's specialities.
