The buffet is composed of ...

- Gluten-free rice and buckwheat cakes.

- Soft-boiled or hard-boiled eggs.
- Tray of 3 sliced charcuteries (cured ham, sausage, grison).
- Tray of 3 pre-cut cheeses (Emmental, Gouda, small fresh goats' cheeses with Provence herbs).
- Chocolate bread and croissants.
- Honey in a dish.
- Large basket of fresh fruit (apples, oranges, kiwis, pomegranates, grapes, peaches, apricots, figs... depending on season).
- Dried fruit (apricots, figs, prunes, raisins, dates).

- Hot semi-skimmed milk, almond milk, coconut milk, plant milk.

Cocktail Bar
An aperitif in Provence and the vacations begin... Comfortably seated in one of our magnificent outdoor lounges overlooking the mas and gardens.
- Our cocktails, with or without alcohol and based on our own syrups, thyme, rosemary and verbena, are a must for a good time. They are presented with a halo of fruit or a farandole of pink peppers and a spike of aromatic herbs.
- Excellence with our selection of white, rosé and red wines from neighbouring AOC Costières-de-Nîmes wineries.
- The freshness of organic beers brewed in Nîmes (white, blonde, ochre).
- Concentrate on vitamins with our healthy juices, squeezed in a minute: for well-being, detox or energy, guaranteed to be 100% pure fruit, vegetables and aromatic herbs, with no added sugar.
- Organic fruit nectars from Mas du Soleil in Beaucaire (cherry, apple, apricot, peach, grape).
- Herbal teas from the Domaine, Indian teas from Sanskriti, chocolates and hot or iced coffees.
For a sweet or savoury snack:
- Ice creams or our homemade desserts.
- Homemade chips from Nîmes or our homemade tapenades.
- Cheese, charcuterie or vegetarian appetisers with a touch of freshness from our vegetable garden and orchard.
The cocktail bar is open from 08:30 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 20:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays, and until 22:00 from Wednesday to Sunday. Orders can be placed at reception. Service at the bar.
Dinner
Le Domaine des Clos offers you a gourmet table to enjoy on the spot extending the comfort of your stay. Tables are set in the Écuries dining room or under the Auvent des Roses, with candlelight, garden flowers, shimmering tablecloths and ruby, straw or rosé Costières de Nîmes wines.
We cook a unique, home-cooked menu that's different every day.
Appetizers, main courses and desserts revisit the classics of Provencal family cooking, with the occasional exotic escapade
Our menus feature fruit and vegetables from our own gardens and specialties from local artisans
Would you like to enjoy a bucolic picnic dinner in the garden or in the privacy of your apartments? We offer you this menu to take away in a beautiful wicker basket
Tables and gourmet baskets are available from Wednesday to Saturday evenings.
Planks to share (charcuterie, cheese, vegetarian) are available every day.
Please reserve tables, baskets and boards by 11 p.m. at the latest for that evening
