BREAKFASTS are extra for guests of the apartments (served from 8.30 to 10.30am):
10 €/adult, 6 €/child (under 14)
DINNER (with prior booking and restricted to certain dates): 28 €/adult, 15 €/child (under 14)
LAUNDRY SERVICE: cost for a 6 kg basket (washed, dried and ironed laundry): 30 €
We regret we do not accept pets.
All accommodation (rooms, suites and apartments) is non-smoking.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
We welcome our guests from 3 pm and request the rooms be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
In order to confirm your reservation, we request that a down payment of 25% of the total due be made.
There are four ways to make this down payment:
1/ by bank cheque made out to 'Hacienda SàRL' (drawn on a French bank account);
2/ by long distance sale, with you authorising us to debit your Visa or MasterCard;
3/ by bank transfer;
4/ you can also consult the 'online booking' page on this site,
which provides information on our availabilities.
Secure payment by bank card.
A confirmation of the payment and of your booking will be sent to you as soon as payment is received.
Balance is to be paid upon arrival.
We accept both Visa and MasterCard banking cards, as well as Chèques Vacances.
Cheques must be payable on a French bank account.
CANCELLATIONS: should you cancel your stay, the down payment cannot be returned.
Curtailed stays: for any curtailed stay, or anticipated departure which has not been announced 72 hours before the scheduled departure date, the cost of one night will be charged as compensation.
